Once per turn: You can remove any number of Spell Counters from your field; add 1 monster from your Deck or 1 face-up Pendulum Monster from your Extra Deck to your hand that you can place a Spell Counter on, whose Level is equal to the number of Spell Counters you removed. If this card on the field would be destroyed by a card effect, you can remove 1 Spell Counter from this card instead.
