Shipping policy
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business* days following their successful payment and shipped with Canada Post according to the shipping method the client has selected
We are not responsible for lost packages. The option for expedited/priority shipping is available upon checkout, which includes tracking information, and whatever insurance is offered by Canada Post.
Any orders involving "Pre-Order" items will be shipped in completion when the "Pre-Order" item/items becomes available to ship.
If we are missing an item and have an upgrade (ie more expensive version) available we may upgrade you at no additional cost and without notice.
*We may require a few additional business days during periods of high volume of orders, such as the holidays or Black Friday.
